To be eligible for funding, you must be a landowner within the RMs of the Souris River Watershed District:

Boissevain-Morton • Brenda-Waskada • Deloraine-Winchester • Grassland • Pipestone • Sifton • Souris-Glenwood • Two Borders • Wallace-Woodworth

Programs and Applications

The Souris River Watershed receives funding from the Province of Manitoba, GROW (GRowing Outcomes in Watersheds), AG Action and PWCP (Prairie Watershed Climate Program.

There are two applications landowners can apply for at SRWD:

The PWCP Program which supports Rotational Grazing, Cover Cropping and Nitrogen Management projects. This fund is available until March 31, 2025. To learn more click on the PWCP Button below.

All other SRWD Programs can be applied for by filling out the Expression of Interest Form. These funds are continuous and do not have an end date. To learn more about what programs fit under this category click on the General Program Button below.
